The Governors, Senior Leaders and staff are all committed to the safety and well being of the whole school community, children, staff and visitors to the school.   To this end we take very seriously the responsibility to provide a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and that the health, safety and well-being of pupils at Glascote Academy is paramount.

We have recently undergone two Health and Safety Audits, one from the Local Authority and one from the insurers for the DfE and both audits have given us a clean bill of health and action plans to ensure we continue to fulfil our responsibilities.

Mrs Hamblin and Mr Burdett (our premises manager) tour the school weekly to identify any problems or issues and any they find are rectified at the earliest opportunity.
